Meet Lizet Lopez-Longoria, the founder and owner of Balanced Therapy Center, PLLC. Lizet was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and holds a Master of Education in Counseling. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and aims to provide top-notch counseling services to people of all ages. With her extensive training in expressive arts and play therapy, as well as DBT and CBT, Lizet understands that every client is unique and may benefit differently from various therapeutic techniques. Some clients may find talk therapy helpful, while others may benefit from expressive arts like sand tray therapy to gain a better understanding of their emotions.
